1/4 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Non-fat Plain Yogurt
2 Green Onions
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Dill
2 Tbl Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a
glass bowl and mix well.
Can be used immediately; for best results refrigerate for 24 hours to
let flavors develop.
Works well as a dip for raw veggies or as a sauce for chicken or white
fish.
